What are some good Heros taught me about Bodybuilding

Posted on Bodybuilding bulletin board: Hi everyone I'm 15 and was wondering what can I take for my muscles grow? Have you heard of muscle boosters or something so I was wondering if there was something that would be fine for my muscles to get a lot. maybe I'm thinking of steroids.  Answer: stop! What the hell were you thinking? Why are we always looking dilutes the biggest gains, while still being able to watch TV? I think the word "hard work" is not something you do if you know a few handy-dandy secrets to build muscle. Clarence Darrow, the famous trial lawyer, once said: "As long as the last there will be wrongs the world, and if no man (or woman) objected and no man (or woman) rebelled, those wrongs would last forever." Listen carefully! The term 'lifestyle' means forward-current and never-ending. A shortcut has no place in bodybuilding and certainly no place in getting in the best shape of your life. what? Already I hear voices now as waves crashing against the cliff "why should I care?" Or other "what's in it for me?" plan for your success:* The more you know, the more educated you become a reliable source of iron and pass that information to your friends ...* better this industry will become ...* MORE You can eliminate errors ...* FASTER you will be better long term progress! FACT: According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse for Teens (NIDA): "As part of the 2002 NIDA-funded study, teens asked if they ever tried steroids even once. Only 2.5% of 8th graders ever tried steroids, only 3.5% of 10th graders and 4% of 12 graders. ' Add this I read an article in the May 2004 issue of the journal Flex with Tom Prince. He profiled his career into a very thought provoking article called "when the present Constitution." Tom Prince went on to explain his steroid use and his mad as a Hatter rush to the top, and eventually the pain persisted and finally his kidney failure to reach the top. Descriptions of his shoulder socket decay and pain that must make me so sick as a dog.During the article, Tom Prince was 34 years old! He said: "It will probably die younger than normal, 65 or something, but it's better than 35 65" stop and ask yourself this key question: the youth of today are different then me 16 years ago when he was seen in the bodybuilding magazines and want to be ripped and muscular? In my mind, I was willing to take all kinds of supplements and do whatever training program that I can look like those guys in the magazine ads. They were my heroes and inspiration. Thankfully I did not go this way. Just last week, a friend of mine (yes I am really talking on the phone with him several times) Tom venuto sent a question asking people to look at natural bodybuilders all over the internet for inspiration. Tom venuto wrote: "There are heroes and role models to look up today and you will find them in motion a drug-free bodybuilding . " He's right. In fact, I know an older gentleman, Scott Hults, who is a big fan of natural bodybuilding and has done wonders in this sport to educate yourself and others around you that taking shortcuts is not the way, and that hard work can pay-off at any age. If I can be as good a shape as Scott when I was older, I would be happy.Think about it. Toss this idea around if you want to get better at something, do everything in your power to make exercises harder easier Sun It can now see the shortcuts simply do not come without a price. If you are one of those people who would like to working out and building muscle or lose fat, simple as cutting through a banana cream pie , you will never achieve the goals that you have set. Richie Smith, a personal trainer with more horsepower in the gym Then Bugatti Veron, he said, "when you are a child, your parents tell you to keep your hands off the stove-I tell you not to put your hand in the fire, because if you do, you will get burned. If you are serious about bodybuilding , you have to un-learn what they were taught as a child. When I train people, basically telling them put his hand into the fire and there. train I got them in and outside the zone of pain.
