How to prevent weight gain as we age

 Why is it that when we get to the age of 30 or 40 seem to gain weight much faster than any other time in our lives? Even people who have been skinny my whole life, began to pack on the pounds when they reach the age of it. Why is this? There is an explanation for this, and the good news is that it can be reversed. This weight loss is mainly due to natural metabolism slows down as we age. This is how people seem to gain weight, even if they really have not changed their eating habits. Their metabolism has slowed down over time, and they can burn off more of the energy is consumed.
